This Privacy Policy aims to inform users of the software published by Folkyn SAS, accessible at www.folkyn.com, about the processing of personal data carried out in the context of using the service. Folkyn SAS, whose registered office is located at 7 allées de Chartres, 33000 Bordeaux, acts as data controller for certain data, and as a data processor for data processed on behalf of its clients (companies using the software).

- Login data: credentials, passwords (encrypted), activity logs.
- Billing data: company name, address, VAT number, payment methods.
2.2 Freelancer Data (Indirect Users)

- Professional information (CV, skills, experience),
- Contractual data (signed contracts, assigned missions),
- Activity reports, invoices, expense reports,

4. Retention Period
Data is retained for the period of use of the service, then archived for:
- 5 years for contractual data,
- 10 years for accounting documents,
- 12 months for login logs.
Inactive freelancer accounts may be deleted after 24 months of inactivity.

Data is exclusively accessible to:
- authorized Folkyn SAS staff,
- technical service providers acting as sub-processors (hosting providers, e-signature providers, etc.),
- judicial authorities upon request, in accordance with the law.
No data is sold, transferred or rented to third parties.
6. Sub-processing and Hosting
Data is hosted in the European Union by AWS, guaranteeing a high level of security and GDPR compliance.

7. Security
Folkyn SAS implements organizational, technical and software security measures to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of data:
- encryption of sensitive data,
- strong authentication,
